Who is IAS Tina Dabi?

Tina Dabi is an Indian Administrative Service (IAS) officer who made history in UPSC Civil Services Examination 2015 by securing All India Rank 1. Born on 9 November 1993 in Bhopal, her family later moved to Delhi. She attended Carmel Convent and Jesus & Mary schools, and scored perfect marks in Political Science and History in her class XII exams. Tina then pursued a B.A. in Political Science at Lady Shri Ram College, University of Delhi. She began UPSC preparation during her first year and cracked exam on her first attempt.
