Azadi On OTT: When And Where To Watch Sreenath Bhasi Medical Thriller

Actor Sreenath Bhasi's Azadi, which released in theatres on May 23, clashing with Dhyan Sreenivasan's Detective Ujjwalan and Tovino Thomas-led Narivetta is all set to release on OTT.

Directed by Jo George, the film opened to lukewarm reception from audiences.

The popular streaming platform Manorama Max announced on social media that Azadi will soon be available for streaming from June 2 onwards. The poste read "Azadi | June 27 | manoramaMAX".

The story of Azadi begins within the premises of Kottayam Medical College, where Ganga (played by Raveena Ravi) a pregnant woman is admitted in the hospital. She finds herself accused of murdering a politician's son. Hours after her entry into the hospital, her husband, Raghu (portrayed by Sreenath Bhasi), creates a 24-hour escape plan with the help of insiders, aiming to release her from police protection. However, their past begins to haut them during the escape, as someone infiltrate the hospital. Tension begins, turning the medical ground into a battle zone.

The film smartly weaves themes of love, sacrifice, and legal justice.

Written by Sagar, Azadi features a string cast including Raveena Ravi, Lal, Vani Vishwanath, Saiju Kurup, and Maala Parvathi. The film’s musical score is composed by Varun Unni. According to trade website Sacnilk, Azadi earned Rs 70 lakh on its opening day in Kerala.
