The Institute of Banking Personnel Selection (IBPS) has released a revised exam calendar for the Common Recruitment Process (CRP) 2025-26 cycle. The updated schedule, released on June 16, is available on the official IBPS website – ibps.in.
As per the revised schedule, the preliminary examination for RRB Officer Scale 1 will now be conducted on November 22 and 23, 2025.

RRB Officer Scale I Preliminary Exam: November 22 and 23, 2025
RRB Office Assistant Preliminary Exam: November 29 and 30, 2025
RRB Officer Scale I Mains Exam: December 14, 2025
RRB Office Assistant Mains Exam: December 21, 2025
Probationary Officer (PO) Preliminary Exam: October 19 and 20, 2025
Clerk Preliminary Exam: August 23, 24 and 30, 2025
Specialist Officer (SO) Preliminary Exam: December 28 and 29, 2025
The IBPS clarified that the changes have been made due to administrative and logistical considerations and advised candidates to regularly check the official website for updates and other recruitment-related notifications.
All exams will be conducted in online mode, with the CRP involving two or three-tier processes depending on the post: Preliminary, Mains, and Interview/Final selection. The process is used for recruitment in Regional Rural Banks (RRBs) and participating public sector banks. Additionally, the registration process will be through online mode only and there will be a single registration for both Preliminary and Main examination, wherever applicable.
